What is Dive?
Dive is a question card game designed to spark meaningful conversations and connect people across cultures. It’s perfect for travelers, expats, students abroad, hostels, and anyone who loves deep discussions.

How many people can play?
Recommended for 2 to 6 players. But you can also play with more people! It works just as well for one-on-one conversations as for group settings.

What languages is the game available in?
Currently, Dive is available in English.

Where can I buy Dive?
You can purchase the game directly on our website or by contacting us on Instagram. 


Do you deliver worldwide?
At the moment, we will deliver to Europe and Australia in December.
South East Asia wil be open soon. 

How long does shipping take?
The pre-orders will be delivered early December in Europe and Australia. Contact us on Instagram if you are in South East Asia.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as Shopify Payments and Paypal.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment providers.

 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Can I return my game if I change my mind?
Yes, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your game, as long as it is new, unopened, and in its original packaging.

How do I request a return?
Simply email us at [your customer service email] with your order number. We’ll send you the return instructions.

Do you cover return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty or we made an error in your order.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned game, we’ll issue your refund within 7 business days, using the same payment method as your purchase.

What if my game arrives damaged or defective?
No worries — just contact us with a photo of the issue, and we’ll offer you either a replacement or a full refund.

 

🧾 Taxes & Customs

Are taxes included in the price?

  • European Union (EU countries)

Our products are shipped from France.

We operate under the French micro-entreprise regime. Prices are final and VAT is not charged (Article 293 B of the French Tax Code). You will not pay any additional VAT or customs duties inside the EU.

 

  • European countries outside the EU (UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, etc.)

Orders shipped to these countries may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees.
These charges are collected directly by local customs or the courier. We do not control or cover them.

 

  • Australia

Orders for Australia are shipped locally from Australia.
Our sales are currently below the AUD 75,000 threshold. This means no GST is charged on Australian orders. Prices are final.

Can I play Dive at events or in schools?
Absolutely! Dive is a great tool for workshops, team-building, cultural exchange programs, and language learning. Contact us if you’d like to order for an event.

I’m a hostel or a shop, can I sell Dive?
Yes! We are building partnerships with hostels, concept stores, and communities. Reach out to us to discuss wholesale options.
