## 8. Returns & Refunds
### 8.1 European Union (EU/EEA Customers)
If you are located within the EU/EEA, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within **14 days** of delivery without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is faulty or not as described.
We will refund the purchase price (including standard delivery costs) within 7 working days of receiving the returned items.
### 8.2 Australia
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the **Australian Consumer Law (ACL)**.
You are entitled to a **replacement or refund for a major failure**, and to have the product repaired or replaced if it is not of acceptable quality. These rights apply regardless of our store policy.
In addition to your statutory rights, we also offer a **14-day goodwill return policy**:

### 8.3 Other Countries (Non-EU/EEA, Non-Australia)
If you are outside the EU/EEA and Australia, we offer a **14-day goodwill return window** from the date of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

We will provide you with the return instructions and address.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
