1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on this website by consumers. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.
2. Products & Availability
We describe products as accurately as possible. Small variations (e.g., colors) may occur. Availability is not guaranteed.
3. Prices & Taxes
Prices are shown in Euro (EUR), Australian dollar (AUD) and include/exclude VAT as indicated at checkout. Shipping fees and, where applicable, customs duties or import taxes are extra and shown or notified during checkout.
4. Orders & Payment
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud). Payment is captured at checkout, including on pre‑orders.
5. Delivery
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are indicative. Title and risk pass on delivery. Please inspect parcels upon receipt and notify us of any issue within 7 days.
6. Pre‑orders
For items marked as pre‑order, dispatch is estimated for early December 2025. Dates may change. You can cancel a pre‑order any time before we email a shipping confirmation, for a full refund.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving any reason. To exercise, notify us at dive.into.minds@gmail.com within the 14‑day period. You then have 14 additional days to send the product back. We refund all payments we received for the item, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal or when we receive the goods back, whichever is first. You bear the direct cost of return shipping.
Exceptions: The withdrawal right does not apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health/hygiene reasons, and other legal exceptions (not typically applicable to standard card games).
8. Returns (non‑EU)
If you are outside the EU/EEA, our goodwill return window is 14 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.
9. Faulty or Non‑conforming Items
If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us at dive.into.minds@gmail.com with photos. Legal guarantees apply where required by law. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund.
10. Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Banking delays may apply.
11. Donations / Contributions
“Support Dive” payments are voluntary contributions without goods or tax receipts. They are not tax‑deductible.
12. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is unlawful.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
If your habitual residence is in the EU, you benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aubagne, France.
